6 Week Course: Pay-What-You-Feel:
Mindfulness and Emotions: How to reduce stress and utilise emotions to create happier and more effective action.
Level 1 skills focus on understanding and channelling our strong inner emotions to help us develop inner resilience and motivation for peaceful and powerful action.
Level 2 skills focus on communication and relationships - helping us to create more loving and understanding both in our personal and professional lives.
This is offered in the spirit of *Pay-What-You-Feel* so you have the option to pay more at the end of the course. This course usually costs £80 online and £150 in person. I ask for a £30 registration fee to commit you to the course. Let me know if money is an issue.
