I started Positively-Mindful in 2014, based on the premise of helping people to let go of anxiety and rediscover practices of playfulness and presence, so they could befriend themselves, dissolve blocks to love and become happier and healthier.
Today Positively-Mindful is a mind-body focused coaching business that works in the corporate world and with clients 1:1, both in person and online, all around the world. I deliver coaching, courses, workshops and retreats.
