What are the workshops like?
Every workshop is carefully crafted and tested. We love the work and the participants leave each session feeling positive and buzzing with new ideas and tools to try. An hour workshop will usually have a couple of short meditation practices, an interactive slideshow packed with inspiring ideas that blow minds every day. We strive to never be dry, unlike many mindfulness teachers. We believe it is possible to be profoundly effective whilst being light heated and joyful. Neil Morbey: The man behind the courses
AI have been a senior landscape architect for over 10 years in practices based in Sheffield Newcastle upon Tyne, Los Angeles and Bristol. Wherever I went I realised the most important thing was the way that people worked together. My favourite part of my work was helping to connect people offices and the way we communicate with each other. This is part of why I transitioned to becoming a full-time mindfulness coach and meditation teacher.
I now help offices to setup policies and practices that encourage healthy workplaces such as core values, mindful walks and personal meetings.
