Who is behind Positively-Mindful?
In 2014 I (Neil Morbey) developed Positively-Mindful to develop my own self-acceptance and to help others through coaching and group classes.
I believe that learning how to use your attention and mastering the mind is the key to developing every other skill in your life and overcoming internal and external challenges.
My work is designed to inspire people to use acceptance and commitment skills to train the mind and become happier, healthier and more skilful individuals, who can then develop healthier relationships and attitudes.
