What are the workshops like?
Every workshop is carefully crafted and tested. We love the work and the participants leave each session feeling positive and buzzing with new ideas and tools to try.

An hour workshop will usually have a couple of short meditation practices, 
an interactive slideshow packed with inspiring  ideas that blow minds every day.  We strive to never be dry, unlike many mindfulness teachers. We believe it is possible to be profoundly effective whilst being light heated and joyful. 

We've done hundreds of iterations to make two evolved products that can help your team to:
  • Train the mind to focus on one thing at time and de-stressing
  • Improve self-awareness and emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Cultivate positive attitude towards yourself and others
  • Learn communications skills, to help build better relationships and networks

In the first instance we offer a one hour taster session so you can experience what mindfulness is.

Neil Morbey: The man behind the courses

Previously I was a senior landscape architect for over 10 years in practices based in Sheffield Newcastle upon Tyne, Los Angeles and Bristol. Wherever I went I realised the most important thing was the way that people worked together.

My favourite part of my work was helping to connect people  and help them feel welcome and overcome their anxieties. This is part of why I transitioned to becoming a full-time mindfulness coach and meditation teacher.


I now help workplaces  to establish core values, healthy dynamics and personal meetings. I offer regular talks and 6 week courses within workplaces.
