Taking the lessons from the one day workshop and distilling them into a four week course, open to all. Cheaper for early birds and those who have attended the one day workshop and want a refresher. We will learn about our styles and how we can build more security in our relationships using tools and practices. This is a trial course in preparation for an eight week course in January, If you do this course you'll have a cheaper entry to that course too! 

​Schedule: 
  • Week 1: Self knowing: We will look into the 4 attachment style with new understanding and try to map some of the signals of the styles to watch for and consider ways to build more secure attachment. 
  • Week 2:  HEARTS: Practising self-soothing techniques helps us to begin the HEARTS model, working within a chosen attachment figure to help ourselves and each other to become gradually more secure
  • Week 3:  SAFER communication: Empathy and understanding are cornerstones of communication, when dealing with triggers and vulnerable subjects. In this session we will learn and practise this type of communication, along with looking deeper into ‘asking skilfully’ and ‘boundaries’. 
  • Week 4: SORRY: The art of apology: When someone is hurt by something ‘I’ did, the art of apology helps us to restore trust and rebuild the relationship in ourselves and with each other to be even stronger. In this session we will learn all about how and why we can apologise well. ​
