Authentic Relating
and
Mindful Touch

Be Your True Self
In Connection With Others
"Neil  beautifully held a space that felt safe and contained. The workshop was well structured and skilfully curated. I want more!" - Lara
Authentic Relating + Touch
I love the games and exercises I encountered in Authentic Relating. I also love the touch work I've done with The Wheel of Consent. I decided to create a day long workshop that includes both!

What to expect:
  • A beautiful and safe space to come together with 20 other lovely people.
  • Encouragement to be fully yourself and dis-entangle yourself from old patterns and conditioning (like people pleasing, going quiet, performing etc.)
  • Encouragement to practice curiosity about what creates aliveness in your interactions with others, in a series of fun and insightful paired / trio exercises.
  • Gradually more heart-opening exercises which include silence, talking, touch and playfulness
  • A space to sit out at any time, and watch the room, with no pressure to re-join. This is part of the practice - self care!
  • Everyone brings food and we can all share in the lovely garden, or in the kitchen/dining room.
  • We often end the day with cuddles and/or dancing depending on your preference.
  • Meet new friends and develop your authentic relating, mindfulness and consent skills.
