Mindfulness TASTER session:
​45 minutes - 1.5 hour

A one hour session to test the waters. Inspire your staff (5 to 100 people) Bring the whole team!

Thi is a really fun and interactive taster session, offered at a discounted rate.

​This one hour session allows people to come and see if they like my style and the work on offer. Most clients then move on to regular lunchtime sessions. I've worked with lots of different organisations in different ways and you can read about that on my

Mindfulness and Positivity Course:
​8 Lunchtime Sessions

 A Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training (MBCT) for 5-25 people 
Eight lunchtime sessions to help your staff develop peace and well-being

If people in your workplace suffer from stress, anxiety, bad meetings or you just want your staff to feel happier and more content then Mindfulness can help.

This eight week course includes two key aspects of Mindfulness: meditation and self-enquiry. These techniques are very simple yet have profound impacts on our lives when we start to put them into action. In each class we will start by practising simple meditation techniques that help us to step out of our thinking minds and back into the present moment. A regular practice of Mindfulness meditation, even only 10 minutes a day, increases our feelings of happiness and contentment throughout our day and reduces our negative reactions to 'stressful' events.

Course Structure: 8 one hour lunchtime sessions:


Session 1: Stress:
Learning to savour life and let go of physical tension, using the breath. Make space
Session 2: Addiction:
Soothing ourselves using the relaxation response. Let go of Dopamine. Make serotonin
Session 3: Guilt:
The STOP technique: Story? What is my mind saying? Write down your thoughts. 
Session 4: Anxiety:
STOP technique:True? Can facts and feelings be OK? Smile at your thoughts.
Session 5: Blame:
STOP: Opposite. How can I flip the thought to the opposite? Discover new perspectives and options
Session 6: Frustration:
STOP: Plan. What could I do? When will I do it? What am I learning? 
Session 7: Shame:
Flipping self judgement into a super power
Session 8: Joy:

Mindful Teamwork & Communication Course: 8 Lunchtime sessions

8 week course for  6-25 people
  • Is your workplace bogged down with passive aggressive behaviour?
  • People have trouble being honest with sensitivity and tact?
  • Is the communication style cold and corporate and has lost touch with human connection that recognises needs, values and kindness?

Then this course aims to:
  • Help people to learn to be assertive, instead of aggressive or passive.
  • Help people ask for help, clearly and effectively.
  • Enable staff to engage in difficult conversations. 
  • Help people to take ownership for their well being and success.
  • Create more overall harmony.  ​
We use fundamental principles from Non-Violent-Communication (NVC), which provides tools to allow empathic communication. We also use models of Thinking Environments and Experiential Learning Cycle (ELC) to build in your own techniques for daily communication within your workplace. This could revolutionise the way you have meetings or daily check-ins with your team. The overall aim is to give your team effective communication skills so that everyone feels heard, valued and engaged with the team work.
