4 Week Intensive Mindfulness 
(The 21 day challenge)

Want to establish a mindful habit that's as easy as brushing your teeth? 
Want to feel good about your practice, every day?
It starts here, in the training ground. 

With the support of a group it can take as little as 21 days to form a habit. To make it work we pick a habit to remove and a habit to reinforce. What would you like to work on? Here are some examples:
  • Compulsive Over-Thinking  →  Practicing Presence Of Mind
  • Worrying and Anxiety  →  Thinking Rationally
  • Bitterness And Anger  →  Gratitude and Appreciation

What does it offer?
This course runs through 4 sessions of practices and will provide tools and practices that you are encouraged to practice daily. Each week we will build up the practice very gently and offer support to those in difficulty. I will send notes and videos to reflect on each week and help sustain you through the difficulty. 


Here are the basic course elements:
  • Week 1:  Learning to SLOW down and STOP
  • Week 2: Moving from Frustration to Forgiveness
  • Week 3:  Surfing the urges and stepping back from the drama
  • Week 4:  Celebrating the struggle and setting the next intention

​To bring: I suggest bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a notebook & pen. If you have a special cushion or meditation stool please bring it, but we have yoga mats, blocks and blankets.
