4 Week Intensive Mindfulness 
(The 21 day challenge)
Establish a habit for life

Want to establish a mindful habit that's as easy as brushing your teeth? 
Want to feel good about your practice, every day?
It starts here, in the training ground. 

This course is open to anyone - regardless of your experience. It is a myth that it takes 21 days to form a habit, but I've found that  it is an incredible starting boost to creating an established habit that can help you overcome:
  • Compulsive over-thinking
  • General or acute anxiety
  • Disproportionate anger and frustration
  • Reduce general stress and live a happier life with more clarity.

What does it offer?
This course runs through 4 sessions of practices and will provide tools and practices that you are encouraged to practice daily. Each week we will build up the practice very gently and offer support to those in difficulty. I will send notes and videos to reflect on each week and help sustain you through the difficulty. 


Here are the basic course elements:
  • Week 1:  Mindfulness refresher
  • Week 2:  Self-enquiry combination
  • Week 3:  Using the imagination to deepen mindfulness
  • Week 4:  Grooving it in with radical self-acceptance

Practical stuff:

When: Thursdays, 7-8:30pm 27th April - 18th May

​To bring: I suggest bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a notebook & pen. If you have a special cushion or meditation stool please bring it, but we have yoga mats, blocks and blankets.
