It starts here, in the training ground.
With the support of a group it can take as little as 21 days to form a habit. To make it work we pick a habit to remove and a habit to reinforce. What would you like to work on? Here are some examples:
What does it offer? This course runs through 4 sessions of practices and will provide tools and practices that you are encouraged to practice daily. Each week we will build up the practice very gently and offer support to those in difficulty. I will send notes and videos to reflect on each week and help sustain you through the difficulty. Here are the basic course elements:
