What's this based on? I've been inspired by Mark Manson's books and I've incorprated his wisdom into my own mindfulness workshop that I've been teaching for over 10 years. In this one day we will use Mark's ideas and my exercises to instil philosophies and practices that work to help you become more accepting whilst clearer on how to be yourself and align to what you really want.
