What happens on the course?

PictureMindful Communication - Misunderstanding can cause suffering
 This 2 day course will equip you with skills, self-awareness tools and practices to improve the quality of your communication. This doesn't rely upon the other person having learned these skills - you can use them with anyone, and people will start to respect you, listen to you and connect with less anger, judgement and advice. The trick is that it starts with you, with your self-awareness. This  isn't an easy path, but  it is well worth it. 

Based on NVC (Non-Violent Communication), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)  and Drama Therapies - these workshops are intended to take mindfulness to  the next level and integrate communication and empathy skills.


The two day structure is necessary for splitting up theory and practice. The intensive nature of the course is intended to give you ample time to practice and reflect, just in time for Christmas! 

Day 1:  Theory and trying
We get into some games, some theory and some experimental practice of dealing with stress and communicating well. Mindfulness and self-empathy is a big part of this. 

Day 2: Practice and feedback

More focused on practice and feedback  -to get you off on the right foot so that you can bring effective stress management and communication into your life, connected with compassion and love.
