About this course:
Mindfulness is one of the foundation stones to good mental health, but emotional management, compassion and intentionality are also important elements. So many mindfulness courses only teach AWARENESS, but this is just the beginning. In this course I use resources from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, CBT and The Work (Byron Katie) and Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Mate) to create a way of dealing with the challenges of the negative mind so that we learn ACCEPTANCE and ALIGNED ACTION. We learn to plus into the power of the emotions and use them to become more effective. 

Who is this for? 
If you struggle with stress, anxiety, frustration or overwhelm then this course is for you. I'll teach you how to meditate and use techniques to overcome anxiety, frustration, guilt and shame and turn these emotions into your super powers!  
We have mixed demographics in our group from 18 years old to 80!

2. Embracing New Habit Choices: How can we change the fundamental patterns of avoidance?
3. Working Through Anxiety: How can we feel the fear and move forward positively?
4. Relaxing Our Guilt: How can we accept our past to allow us to learn from mistakes?
5. Channelling Frustration: How can we safely and productively notice and neutralise anger?
6. Moving From Shame to Self-acceptance: How can we cultivate peace about who we are?

You will learn different meditations and The STOP technique for dealing with stuck thoughts.
