Is your office team struggling with stress?

The case for Mindfulness at work:
The problem we address: Workplace Stress
Do people in your workplace suffer from stress and if so, what services are on offer to help them? Here are two good reasons for tackling stress: It’s bad for business: Some people say stress helps to motivate them. Pressure can be a good motivator, but after a certain point it leads to worse performance and ill-health, as this graph shows. Do you know how much stress costs your business everyday? Our Solution: Mindfulness and Mindful Communication In the last one we ran, stress, anxiety and over-whelm reduced by 40% and creativity, happiness and focus increased by 45%. What happens in our workshops? The three key skills we teach are:
“Informative. Encouraging. Inspiring” “Really enlightening and useful” “Fab – thank you, Neil!” “Very helpful and calming” “Useful and easy to implement in everyday life” What’s the first step? In the first instance we offer a one hour taster session so you can experience what mindfulness is. Of the people who have come to our tasters so far, most of whom had never tried mindfulness before, 98% said in the feedback that they thought practising it would improve their performance at work. What other companies use Mindfulness? Intel, Goldman Sachs and Nike all famously use mindfulness but also Councils like Milton Keynes, the EU administration and hundreds of large and small companies - The most famous company of all? Google: “I’ve learnt to be much more aware of what’s going on in my body and to take action early on - so that when tension and stress start to build up I can take a step back and take amindful break for a while rather than just keep on going and creating stress related problems, for me and others.” |
