My philosophy to help myself and others here is that stress is struggle and suffering: a product of negative thinking, which is a product of our primary emotion: fear. All decisions are either based in fear or based in playful choice. Emotional resilience comes by facing our fears, gradually and repeatedly to rewire mind and body, to change self-limiting beliefs and to integrate practices that sustain a flexible and adaptable mind with less suffering and more positivity, purpose and power.
