Mindfulness and Emotional Resilience (Level 1)
My philosophy to help myself and others here is that stress is struggle and suffering: a product of negative thinking, which is a product of fear. All decisions are either fear based or based in playful choice. Emotional resilience comes by facing our fears, gradually and repeatedly to rewire mind and body, to change self-limiting beliefs and to integrate practices that sustain a flexible and adaptable mind with less suffering and more positivity, purpose and power.
