Wednesday Bed 'Time'
Easy Mind-Body Habits For a Good Night's Sleep

How do you ensure the end of the day feels good and sets you up for a great sleep? Come and join me to help us all get better sleep and use this time of day to take stock and make the most of the challenges from the day gone and the day ahead. 

Practices include:
  • Honouring our struggles and things we overcame
  • Acknowledging gratitude
  • Expressing our desires

And then moving into a physical practice of maintaining and loving the body, which may be:
  • Self massage
  • Taking care of ailments
  • Finishing with a sleepy meditation.
