I help people learn the skills of attunement and embodiment
I help people rediscover inner curiosity and outer confidence
To express how they feel, to ask for what they want and need
I believe through this simple, yet challenging way
We can live as our natural selves and positively change the world
My life journey showed me what happened when love is withdrawn
My own trust in love was crushed at age 11
Transitioning into secondary school I encountered many challenges
Bullying, parental loss, neglect, isolation.
A lonely place with no friends
In desperate times we create stories and coping strategies
This is the genius of the mind-body, which uses the fear of pain to survive
As we become adults we carry those in our minds and bodies
We sometimes need a guide to help us see this and rediscover our nature
I had guides on my journey, beginning in my late 20's.
As I emerged from the dark I tried many things and played with ideas
I first had to unlearn some thought patterns that helped me to survive
The keys, for me were bodily curiosity and honest expression
Bodily emotions became rocket-fuel for discovery
Feedback from others became powerful agents for growth
I am a mindfulness coach, helping myself and others become more 'Positively-Mindful'.
