I want to enjoy life and I want to make a positive difference in the world. My personal strengths are around being articulate with communication, courageous in my authenticity and curious about all things psychological and interpersonal. These things light me up and I get lots of positive feedback from others about them, which keeps me going.
I believe life is an adventure and fear can be used to fuel the passion for adventure. I also know that we can become traumatized and stuck, and having had access to both these states I want to spread the knowledge and tools that helps people move out of traumatized stuckness and into embracing the adventure.
I believe that the way we communicate is one of the most important skills to world peace and prosperity. Behind our communication with others is the way we talk to and relate to ourselves, which is often laden with the pain and coping mechanisms of past experience. Therefore I feel a calling to help people reveal and heal their past pain and transform old beliefs and coping behaviours into new, positive beliefs, practices and connections that help them to shift out of survival mode and into adventure loving mode once again, just like when we were young, but this time with all the experience of a wise, kind elder.
I believe if we can do this then we can all learn to embrace our true desires and to get along more peacefully with one another, making the world a more loving, productive and harmonious place. When I consider this it warms my heart and ignites my passion for life. When I get positive feedback from my clients it motivates me to do even more.
I am a mindfulness coach, helping myself and others become more 'Positively-Mindful'.
