We have designed processes that will:
  • Help you deepen your love for your body image (will include nudity)
  • Practise powerful tools for identifying and asking for the touch you really, really want
  • Expand your comfort around consent, sensuality and play
  • Help you connect with your inner nature and the great outdoors

The plan:
We will gather Friday evening (6pm-7pm arrival) and we have a delightful retreat-like setting, with a giant dome and plenty of space for camping, swimming in the shallow river, walking in the woods and coming together around the fire.

On Saturday, after a shared breakfast, Scott and Neil will present practices to open ourselves to connection with ourselves, with nature and with one another, working in pairs and groups, using practices from tantra, the wheel of consent and authentic relating to help us to practice authenticity, boundaries and giving and receiving what we really long for.  Please bring food for shared picnic.

Saturday evening will allow for time to play and exchange bodywork and loving touch.  We will share an evening meal together.

Sunday we will  share breakfast and wind down and digest the learnings from what has arisen for each of us. There will be plenty of space before leaving in the afternoon (around  4 pm).

There are options for staying in a house, nearby, if you don't like camping. We have no electricity or showers on site, but we have an eco-loo, caravan with stove (this is not available for sleeping in) and a big Marquee for the body-work and workshops.  (The Marquee  will be used for body work so won't be convenient for sleeping in, unless you want to stay up late and wake early).

Traveling to the site:
We will set up a rideshare sheet with attendees traveling to the site by car. We can pickup from the station at LLO Llandrindod wells

The hill near the site
"It felt safe and contained, all of Neil's teachings were clear and useful, the activities were fun, and there was a good balance between feeling safe and comfortable while also exploring slightly outside comfort zones." - Grace
"Very well run class that built up slowly. There’s no pressure to take part and you can sit out of activities if you want. Really good to practice saying yes and no to things and feeling able to give genuine answers to how you really feel. Neil is a great mentor." - Alice
